The Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at LIU-Post Campus is seeking a licensed or license eligible clinical psychologist for a tenure track position, pending budgetary approval, at the assistant professor rank to begin in Fall 2012.
Successful applicants will have expertise in psychological assessment (cognitive and personality) to contribute to our APA accredited doctoral training program. Additional areas of research
are open although an interest in clinical work with severe psychopathology, trauma and/or neuropsychology is a plus. The position includes teaching doctoral-level courses, supervision of graduate students’ clinical work, testing and dissertation research. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
The PsyD program is a unique program whose mission is the training of students to serve underserved populations. Our faculty represents both psychodynamic and CBT orientations.
